we’ve updated our global shipping policies in response to recent tariff changes.

our goal is simple. take care of our community, keep prices steady, and make deliveries even smoother than before — for everyone.

to that end, these changes apply to all orders on our store, starting immediately.

UNITED STATES

we’re migrating to a new shipping service, Singpost direct international, which is a DDP courier program.

what this means for you —

• we absorb, pay, and handle all tariffs, duties, and taxes.

• no surprise fees. nothing to pay on delivery.

• 5-8 days estimated delivery — even faster than before.

• ships directly to your door, skipping postal facilities and potential delays.

• prices remain unchanged. flat shipping fee of $13 per order.

• if you would like to make a purchase, but hold and combine orders, just reach out and we’ll help you out.

REST OF THE WORLD

for all countries outside of the united states, we’ll continue using the Singpost epac service, but with key upgrades.

• international shipping is now free. no shipping fees, anywhere.

• we’re using a new forwarder for even faster shipping. orders will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

NOTES

these changes take effect immediately. there may be minor variations in our first few days as our new systems adapt and firm up. thank you for your patience and grace as we navigate these new realities.

these changes will be in effect till the end of october 2025. we’ll review everything then, and adjust if needed.
